One Space, Four Identities: Versatility in the Niemeyer Building
This project is part of an exclusive creative study where I developed four completely distinct projects for the same 72 m² loft in the iconic Niemeyer Building. The LOFT CURVES OF MEMORY was a finalist in the international Architizer A+Awards and the other LOFTS can be visited on this website: LOFT GREEN MODERN e LOFT RAW SERENITY.
The Glamour of Geometry and the Timeless Luxury of the LOFT ART DÉCO is a celebration of classic sophistication reinterpreted for contemporary life. Inspired by the golden era of design, this project uses the strength of geometric lines and the nobility of materials to create an atmosphere of pure prestige.
The rich carpentry and the floor in chevron They interact with the imposing circular lighting of the ceiling, evoking the luxury of large international hotels. The use of textures such as marble and the contrast of the black metalwork bring architectural elegance that highlights Niemeyer's structure with a touch of opulence.
