This project is part of an exclusive creative study where I developed four completely distinct projects for the same 72 m² loft in the iconic Niemeyer Building. The LOFT CURVES OF MEMORY was a finalist in the international Architizer A+Awards and the other LOFTS can be visited on this website: LOFT ART DECÓ e LOFT RAW SERENITY.
The integration is fluid and innovative. The dark and minimalist kitchen sets an urban tone, while the bedroom and bathroom merge into a sensory retreat. The transparent glass shower enclosure and the semicircular mirror create reflections that enhance the perception of space, interacting with the curves of the Niemeyer Building. It is proof that modern design can be, at the same time, bold, welcoming, and deeply connected to its context.
Organic Boldness and the Dramaturgy of the Design of 'LOFT GREEN MODERN' is a daring proposal that combines industrial aesthetics with organic luxury. The main protagonist is the lush green Avocatos Quartzite floor, which runs throughout the space as an extension of the outside nature, creating a dramatic and sophisticated contrast with the black cabinetry and light wood details.
